Friend of CCC and social media maven Wayne Sutton has a new venture, its called TriOut, a location-based iPhone app just for the Triangle area of North Carolina. Founded by , TriOut looks to provide a lot of value to local businesses. They're having a launch party at the Research Triangle Park headquarters. You'll like this place. RTP's digs are nice!
