CCC Free Conference Rooms for Community Groups Policy

1. All groups who use conference rooms for meetings must not be directly selling products or service or conducting business while using rooms for free. Non-Profits, community groups, and businesses providing a free public service are welcome.
2. All meetings held in the conference room for free must be open to the public at no cost.
3. All reservations are first come first serve. Four weeks notice for reservation of conference room is desired. Presently reservations can be made via telephone, web contact form, and email.
4. Management of Carrboro Creative Coworking reserves the right to refuse permission to use conference room at any time. (within the law)
5. Repeat or regularly scheduled meetings must be approved by management.
6. Conference room use priority is given to paying customers.
7. Topic of meetings in the conference room is not strictly controlled, but we would prefer topics that add to the creative technology interest of our regular customers. For example regular meetings about animal husbandry probably isn't cool.
8. Conference Room A holds 12 seated at table, 25 in chairs without tables. Conference Room B holds 8. Conference Room C holds 4.
9. Policy on free conference room use is subject to change without notice.
